There were 86 African American students enrolled in New Diana ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 1.2% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that New Diana ISD schools welcomed 1,186 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, African American students comprised 7.3% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.
