On January 27, 2025, Congressman Moran reflected on the Holocaust's impact. He tweeted: "Today, we remember and grieve the 6 million Jews and millions of others murdered in the Holocaust. As we reflect on this dark chapter in history, let us keep in mind the words of George Santayana enshrined just inside the gates of Auschwitz: 'Those who cannot remember the past…"

Later that day, he criticized previous administrative policies regarding immigration enforcement. He stated: "It’s deeply troubling that the Biden Admin. was complacent in allowing known criminals who entered our country illegally to remain here. Thankfully, we now have a President who prioritizes the safety and well-being of Americans over convicted illegal immigrants."

On January 28, 2025, Moran expressed his views on accessibility within government leadership under current administration compared to previous ones. He wrote: "The accessibility of the White House and our @POTUS is a stark contrast to the prior Administration. The American people no longer have to question where our President stands on critical issues or whether it’s truly him making the decisions."
