There were 92 Hispanic students enrolled in Union Grove ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 41.5% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Union Grove ISD schools welcomed 761 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 12.1% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Union Grove ISD roughly covers schools within Upshur County and has a main office in Gladewater.

Among the three schools in Union Grove ISD schools, Union Grove Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 50 students.
