City of Kilgore issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
Houston St just west of Willow Springs Rd will be closed for 2 days starting at 8 AM on Tuesday 10/13/20 while a utility contractor makes repairs to our sanitary sewer line. The easiest route for traffic to avoid this closure is to utilize Dudley Rd to the south. From Houston St., go south on Crescent St to Dudley.
