On November 20, 2024, Moran addressed the case of Laken Riley’s murder. He stated that “Justice was served today for Laken Riley and her family. Tragically, this horrific murder could have been avoided if Joe Biden and his Administration secured our border and prevented murderers like Laken Riley’s from entering our country. The following day, November 21, 2024, Moran expressed agreement with Chip Roy regarding international investigations by organizations such as the International Criminal Court (ICC).
